Kelly Rechlicz works in Data Entry at Rolled Threads Unlimited, a position she has held since 2021.
Let’s learn more about the person behind the first voice many customers hear when they contact Rolled Threads.
What do you do in your current role? What does a normal day look like for you?
I’m typically the first point of contact when someone walks in the door or calls the office. I’m also responsible for entering all incoming orders. My days are definitely varied. Workloads can fluctuate in different areas and it’s nice to help out where it is needed.
What is something important you’ve learned while on the job?
My background was primarily in the home improvement industry. I came to Rolled Threads Unlimited with no knowledge of what rolling threads were! I love learning new things. Every day I learn more about the materials we use, different processes of thread rolling and our capabilities to meet our customers’ needs.
What do you enjoy most about your job and working at Rolled Threads Unlimited?
It is important to me that Rolled Threads is a smaller family-oriented business. A lot of our customers appreciate this also.
What sets Rolled Threads Unlimited apart from other thread rolling companies?
I value that we are a growing business and am excited to be part of that growth. In the few years that I’ve been here, there have been multiple new machines installed, a new back building for additional space and many building improvements. In addition to the process improvements that help streamline jobs from start to finish.
Tell us something that others may not know about you, professionally or personally or both.
I’m a busy mom of a teenage daughter. I’m a total animal lover and outside of working, I’m also a dog sitter. I’ve even started a picture wall of employees’ pets. This has now evolved into a collage of other photos – our kids, favorite places to visit, nature photos, really anything that makes us smile!
