On April 3rd, 2025, Rolled Threads Unlimited is proud to celebrate 40 years of providing precision thread rolling services accompanied by unsurpassed expertise. Having begun as a small business in 1985, Rolled Threads Unlimited has continued to grow and thrive, thanks to the support of our customers and employees. As we mark this milestone, we reflect on our journey, our achievements, and our future.
Rolled Threads Unlimited was founded by Gerald “Jerry” Buscher, who started with just two thread rolling machines in a modest rented space. As the company grew, it expanded into its current location in Waukesha, WI in 1987. Buscher’s hard work, vision, and determination facilitated business expansion, and in 2002, FW Ladky & Associates purchased Rolled Threads Unlimited.
After surpassing yearly sales milestones of $5 million, $9 million, and $13 million, the company was fortunate to expand again, purchasing 5,000 square feet of manufacturing space on its existing property. Rolled Threads Unlimited has been thrilled to fill the space with the latest advancements in thread rolling technology, including Videx and Tesker thread rollers, and a IFP KPHMA Parts Washer.
Throughout the years, dedicated team members have been at the heart of the company’s success. In a unique family environment, many employees boast long tenures, bringing proficient skills and vast knowledge to their valued work. Gratitude extends to loyal customers as well, whose continued trust and support have fueled the aforementioned growth.

The team will celebrate its anniversary with a catered affair. Though bittersweet due to Buscher’s passing late last year, Rolled Threads Unlimited is honored to acknowledge this milestone with him in mind—and ready for what’s to come!
