Rolled Threads Unlimited provides a wide variety of both common and uncommon thread types, with the ability to roll hardened and stainless steels. Versatility is our hallmark.

We roll threads with diameters ranging from under 1/8" to approximately 6" and thread pitch capabilities ranging from 2 threads per inch to over 100 threads per inch. Our 40,000 square foot facility houses 25 thread rolling machines and is backed by the most extensive tooling offering in the industry. And our more than 2,600 sets of thread rolling dies save our customers from costly tooling charges and drastically reduce production lead times.
